TL;DR

People Partner (HR): Managing HR operations and employee relations for the Manufacturing & Supply Chain team with an accent on performance management, workplace health and safety, and process automation. Focus on bridging the gap between on-site operations and the wider People team to ensure operational rigour and a positive employee experience.

Location: Onsite in Dandenong South, Victoria, Australia; must be able to travel between sites and HQ.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary People Partner on the ground for the Operations (Manufacturing & Supply Chain) team.
  • Manage time, attendance, and rostering in coordination with Team Leads.
  • Coach leaders on performance management and conduct detailed reviews of levels and rates.
  • Drive the full employee lifecycle for the operations team with support from the People Associate.
  • Collaborate with the SHEQ team to enhance workplace health, safety, and wellbeing.
  • Manage relationships with third-party labor hire partners and handle employee relations (ER) matters.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a People Partner or HRBP with a focus on People Ops.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or another award-heavy industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for reporting and data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for various stakeholder levels.
  • Valid driver's license is required for travel between sites.
  • Must be based in Australia to support on-site operations.
