What you will do

• Own organizational structure: analyze gaps, propose headcount for new units, formalize processes aligned with financial and creative goals.
• Lead recruitment: build scalable systems for niche talent, high-level hires, salary benchmarking, and personal sourcing of management.
• Manage policy and compliance: implement global frameworks accommodating local laws, conduct audits, support visas and migrations.
• Drive employee wellbeing: create remuneration reviews, wellbeing initiatives, culture alignment, and company-wide communications.
• Lead HR team: provide mentorship, fill gaps, advise department heads on HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Senior HR experience (HR Director, Head of HR or equivalent).
• Experience in media, entertainment, gaming, or creative industries preferred.
• Proven scaling in fast-growing companies with young workforce and startup environment.
• Hands-on execution balancing strategic planning; international and remote workforce experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
