Accountant (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and perform month-end close activities.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) cycles, including invoicing and collections.
• Record and reconcile bank transactions and cash movements.
• Analyze financial data for accuracy and ensure timely accounting of tax information.
• Support internal and external audits and assist in preparing budget variances.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff while implementing process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an accounting role with exposure to budgeting and forecasting.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
• Knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Experience working with Brazil’s accounting system and local compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using software to enhance reporting efficiency.
