What you will do
- Serve as Project Manager or Deputy for power projects like solar, wind, transmission, and battery storage.
- Build and manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and risks using standard processes.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in proposals and marketing.
- Review deliverables for quality assurance and mentor team members for leadership development.
- Collaborate with Power Sector leadership to align with strategic goals and ensure staffing needs.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify)
- Bachelor's in environmental science, engineering, geography, or related field.
- 10+ years in permitting with USACE, USFWS, SHPO, ND/SD commissions, focused on power industries.
- 5+ years in project or deputy project management preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel domestically 0-20%
Nice to have
- Advanced degrees or experience in environmental law, planning, archaeology, hydrology, or biology.
- Technical editing experience.
