Client Experience Associate (Temp - 6 Months)

TL;DR

Client Experience Associate (Medtech): Managing inbound and outbound communications for clinical testing orders in cancer diagnostics with an accent on patient and physician support, sample coordination, and case resolution. Focus on ensuring seamless test workflows, timely reporting, and collaboration across lab operations, billing, and sales teams.

Location: Fremont, CA. Hybrid - Onsite on Monday & Tuesday

Salary: $30 to $38 per hour

What you will do

• Manage communications with patients, physician offices, and pathology labs using Salesforce/Service Cloud.
• Follow up on missing test requisition info and coordinate tissue sample procurement.
• Handle patient phlebotomy appointments, specimen logistics, and address testing questions.
• Collaborate with lab operations, clinical staff, billing, and sales for timely report delivery.
• Ensure accurate data entry in Salesforce, LIMS, and clinical portals; resolve service issues.
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or related degree preferred; minimum 1-2 years in physician/patient-facing role required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
• Results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Familiarity with clinical workflows, diagnostic testing, or laboratory operations
• Prior experience with Salesforce/Service Cloud, LIMS, and G Suite
