What you will do

• Receive and respond to inbound calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans, demonstrating knowledge of ASH Fitness products.
• Answer calls professionally, ascertain needs, record information, and provide accurate responses using policies and resources.
• Coordinate payments, forward issues for research, and handle follow-ups within required timeframes.
• Attend meetings, respond to internal requests, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must have reliable home internet (50 down/10 up Mbps minimum) for remote work and video meetings.
• Location: United States only for remote work.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year customer service experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office experience.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
