What you will do
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats for potential and existing clients.
- Resolve customer concerns regarding account information, billing, and order statuses.
- Perform Tier One tasks including order entry and post-delivery support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Adhere to department performance goals and production quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications.
- Weekend Availability (Saturday and Sunday) is mandatory.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Experience de-escalating challenging customer situations.
