TL;DR

Customer Support Specialist I (Customer Service): Handling inbound communications across email, chat, and phone to resolve account and billing issues with an accent on first-call resolution. Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $17 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats for potential and existing clients.
  • Resolve customer concerns regarding account information, billing, and order statuses.
  • Perform Tier One tasks including order entry and post-delivery support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to escalate critical issues when necessary.
  • Adhere to department performance goals and production quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications.
  • Weekend Availability (Saturday and Sunday) is mandatory.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Experience de-escalating challenging customer situations.
  • Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
