What you will do

• Implement SDLC enhancements to reduce friction for product engineering teams.
• Build and maintain standardized CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows based on defined architecture.
• Develop automated testing frameworks and infrastructure aligned with shift-left quality goals.
• Integrate AI-based tools and workflows into the developer experience to automate routine engineering tasks.
• Build and enhance core developer platform components with a focus on stability, usability, and performance.
• Support engineering teams in adopting platform tooling and collect productivity metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years in progressively complex software engineering roles.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience implementing platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling solutions.
• Capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

• End-to-end delivery of internal engineering systems from discovery to rollout.
• Experience with Kubernetes deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure using canary or blue-green strategies.
• Expertise in GitOps, ArgoCD, and build tools such as Gradle or Bazel.
• Experience with DevEx tooling and scripting for release and build management.
• Ability to scope and delegate work to teammates.
