What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable payment systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering managers, designers, and product teams to gather requirements and implement features aligned with UI/UX principles and business needs.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving feedback to enhance code quality and secure practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and foster professional growth.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions, system monitoring, and optimisation.
  • Communicate progress and challenges to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in software engineering, with 1–2 years in fintech, asset management, FX, payment processing, or eMoney sectors.
  • Strong experience with React and TypeScript for modern, scalable frontend applications.
  • Experience with Vite, TailwindCSS/SCSS/CSS-in-JS, Figma-to-UI implementation, and UI/UX principles.
  • Working knowledge of Node.js/TypeScript, NestJS, REST APIs, AWS services, CI/CD, and testing with Jest/Vitest.
  • Good communication, time management, and collaborative skills.
