About the Role

You will build and own core product surfaces using React and React Native, design frontend architecture that scales across platforms, and manage complex client-side state and asynchronous workflows. You will collaborate with backend engineers on APIs and system design, partner with design to deliver production-quality experiences, anticipate and design for edge cases like latency and partial failures, and set standards for frontend quality, testing, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Experience building React and React Native applications in production
• Frontend-first full-stack experience
• Strong instincts around state management, data flow, performance, and user experience
• Ability to reason about complex systems and present them clearly through UI
• Experience owning features end-to-end from architecture to production
• Comfortable operating across frontend and backend where needed
• Calm in ambiguity and thoughtful about tradeoffs
• Nice to have experience building consumer fintech or financial products
• Nice to have familiarity with TypeScript and mobile-first or cross-platform development

Responsibilities

• Build and own core product surfaces using React and React Native

• Collaborate with backend engineers and contribute to API and system design
• Partner with design to translate intent into production-quality experiences
• Anticipate and design for edge cases including latency, partial failures, retries, and degraded states
• Set standards for frontend quality, testing, performance, and maintainability
• Own features end-to-end from architecture to production and iteration
