What you will do

• Drive projects from ideation to production and operations, including on-call rotations.
• Influence roadmap, mentor team members, and participate in design discussions.
• Build and evolve query interfaces, data transformations, and SQL expressions.
• Engage with open-source community to incorporate feedback and contributions.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of globally scaled systems.
• Use AI coding assistants for prototyping, testing, and refactoring within guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain, Sweden, Germany, UK or Ireland
• Strong experience building production software with TypeScript, React, Jest, and Playwright.
• Ability to tackle complex problems independently with testing as core practice.
• Proven ownership in driving projects, handling ambiguity, and iterating via feedback loops.
• Effective collaboration with peers, PMs, and designers in async environment.
• Commitment to learning, mentoring, and sharing knowledge.

• Experience with open-source or commercial open-source companies.
• User of Grafana, Prometheus, or observability tools in operations.
