What you will do

• Correlate product signals to identify drivers of successful client outcomes and move the needle on key metrics.
• Build instrumentation, dashboards, and analytics pipelines from scratch to connect product behavior with insights.
• Execute A/B tests, cohort analyses, and funnel diagnostics to validate or invalidate hypotheses quickly.
• Apply feedback loops that transform raw product and customer signals into defensible product value.
• Partner with Product, GTM, and Behavioral Science teams to ensure all major decisions are insight-driven.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Econometrics, Quantitative Psychology, or a related quantitative field.
• Deep hands-on experience building product analytics using SQL and establishing instrumentation in live environments.
• Proven track record of running product experiments with the statistical rigor to validate results.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into tractable data problems and actionable decisions.
• Must be located within the United States for remote or onsite work.
• Passion for leveraging AI tools to increase thinking speed and team capacity.
