Product Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid based in Brillion, WI. Must be authorized to work in the US. Candidates must be willing to work in the office one week per month.

What you will do

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Develop and communicate a 5-year product roadmap in collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Execute go-to-market strategies and create marketing collateral including packaging and merchandising.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product success and drive data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to define pricing and promotional strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in new product development for durable, service-oriented products.
• Experience marketing in retail and/or B2B dealer/distributor sales channels.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 25% to 50% depending on specific role setup).
