What you will do

• Develop and implement global product management strategies and plans for specified casegoods product lines.
• Conduct analytical assessments to identify market opportunities and translate them into specific product criteria.
• Lead pricing and discounting strategies to optimize financial performance and P&L.
• Manage the full product life cycle from initial identification and introduction through growth to discontinuation.
• Create sales support materials, competitive evaluations, and product training information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive improvements affecting profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Interior Design.
• 4-7 years of experience in product management or product marketing.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Holland, Michigan.
• Proven understanding of global markets, sales processes, and dealer/retail channels.
• Strong business, financial, and manufacturing acumen.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence.

Nice to have

• Experience in contract furniture, capital goods marketing, or premium consumer merchant sectors.
• Prior experience with product platform teams and market research.
