hirify.global is an AI copilot for transactional lawyers that integrates with Microsoft Word to accelerate contract drafting and review.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise deployments of hirify.global within complex legal organizations.
• Design and implement AI-native workflows including approvals, routing, and auditability.
• Build integrations with document management systems (e.g., iManage, NetDocuments) and internal APIs.
• Tune model inference and augment context to adapt the product to specific customer needs.
• Collaborate with end-users to iterate on feedback and influence the core product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience shipping production software systems.
• Strong backend or full-stack engineering experience.
• Experience building APIs and integrating with external systems.
• Proficiency with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Exposure to LLM systems, including RAG and prompting.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise SaaS deployments and SOC2 compliance.
• Familiarity with legal technology or document-heavy workflows.
• Experience with AWS CDK.
• Startup experience.
