What you will do

• Implement agent-based AI solutions using the hirify.global Agentic AI platform.
• Develop advanced prompting, memory management, and behavior-planning techniques for LLMs.
• Design and maintain scalable AI-powered IT workflows with agent-based decision-making and dynamic retrieval mechanisms.
• Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored, scalable agentic AI and RAG-based solutions.
• Troubleshoot and analyze AI-driven architectures and scalable RAG pipelines.
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible insights for non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• BTech/BE or higher in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation.
• Proven experience in AI engineering with a focus on agent-based systems.
• Strong knowledge of APIs (RESTful, SOAP/XML) and data structures (JSON).
• Experience with integration architecture patterns, middleware, and RDBMS/NoSQL databases.
• English: strong written and oral communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience with integration platforms such as TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (iPaaS, SaaS) and business apps like Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow.
• Prior experience working with the hirify.global platform.
