What you will do

• Analyze real-world workflows with end-users to identify core technical challenges and underlying problems.
• Design and ship end-to-end technical solutions, including architecture, data models, and agent logic, within days or weeks.
• Develop full-stack applications using TypeScript for the backend and React for the frontend.
• Orchestrate LLMs and build evaluation frameworks to ensure system reliability in production.
• Collaborate with client engineering and security teams to manage API access, data flows, and deployment.
• Create reusable components and prompt structures to accelerate future customer engagements.

Requirements

• Proven builder background with experience taking systems from zero to production.
• Proficiency with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, tool/function calling, and prompt engineering.
• Strong skills in TypeScript and React, with experience in APIs and integrating legacy systems.
• Daily, fluent use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and ability to operate well under ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience automating business processes in the ERP space (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or founding/building products end-to-end.
