What you will do

• Define and develop AI strategy, specifically focusing on the evolution of the Angie chat agent.
• Architect and deploy revolutionary LLM-based solutions for a user base of 100K+ active users.
• Evaluate and optimize LLM performance, focusing on response speed and cost optimization.
• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle from ideation to production.
• Integrate emerging AI capabilities into existing and new product lines to unlock business frontiers.
• Collaborate with domain experts to maintain high engineering standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with LLM-based technologies.
• 5+ years of experience as a Typescript Full Stack Developer working with Node.js and React.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB and MySQL.
• Experience building and maintaining microservices architecture-based products in production.
• Deep knowledge of design patterns, clean code, system design, and security.
• Familiarity with observability and traceability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog.

Nice to have

• Background in Data Science with a transition into software development.
• Previous experience with MLOPS tools such as ArgoCD and SageMaker.
