What you will do

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns for international expansion from strategy to execution.
• Own sponsorship strategy and activation for flagship partnerships to drive brand impact.
• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new markets and product launches.
• Provide multi-disciplinary oversight across Media, Communications, Brand, SEO, and Content.
• Drive AI transformation in marketing by building AI-powered workflows and tools.
• Mentor junior marketers and assist in building and staffing the future marketing team.

Requirements

• Professional marketing experience at a Senior Manager or Senior Expert level.
• Hands-on expertise in Media, Brand Strategy, GTM, SEO, and Product Marketing.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end integrated campaigns in fast-paced tech environments.
• Experience with sponsorship activation and measuring business impact.
• Experience with global brands or international expansion across multiple countries.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.
