What you will do
- Define and execute the overarching revenue strategy, maximizing performance for Sphere Original Experiences.
- Develop and lead dynamic pricing, yield, and inventory strategies to drive attendance and long-term value.
- Establish predictive modeling frameworks for demand, elasticity, and performance scenarios.
- Direct scheduling strategies and show calendars to optimize utilization and audience reach.
- Build and scale a high-performing team across revenue strategy, data analytics, and data science.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align on revenue-driving initiatives.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in revenue strategy, pricing, or analytics with significant executive leadership.
- Proven track record of scaling dynamic pricing and revenue management systems in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in predictive modeling and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in content or inventory-based businesses (e.g., live entertainment, hospitality, airlines).
- Executive presence with experience owning significant revenue targets.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
