What you will do

  • Define and execute the overarching revenue strategy, maximizing performance for Sphere Original Experiences.
  • Develop and lead dynamic pricing, yield, and inventory strategies to drive attendance and long-term value.
  • Establish predictive modeling frameworks for demand, elasticity, and performance scenarios.
  • Direct scheduling strategies and show calendars to optimize utilization and audience reach.
  • Build and scale a high-performing team across revenue strategy, data analytics, and data science.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align on revenue-driving initiatives.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in revenue strategy, pricing, or analytics with significant executive leadership.
  • Proven track record of scaling dynamic pricing and revenue management systems in high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in predictive modeling and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in content or inventory-based businesses (e.g., live entertainment, hospitality, airlines).
  • Executive presence with experience owning significant revenue targets.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
