What you will do

  • Plan, implement, and execute sales strategy leveraging market knowledge to convey product value in International Civilian sector.
  • Motivate, develop, and grow a team of three International Account Executives fostering performance-based culture.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with prospective customers, channel partners, and organizational leaders.
  • Lead client mission processes, integrate hirify.global into workflows, and recommend best practices.
  • Navigate procurement cycles, liaise with senior executives, and coach sellers on complex consultative sales.
  • Drive business development, provide thought leadership, partner with cross-functional teams, and maintain market awareness for strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years proven International Civilian Government sales experience leading and scaling teams for Public Sector customers
  • Extensive experience selling to International Civilian customers with track record in negotiation and closing
  • Deep understanding of structured sales processes (e.g. MEDDPICC, Shipley, Miller Heiman)
  • Strong solution selling skills to demonstrate customer value and align products
  • Proven delivery of revenue targets and strategic business plans
  • Proven success as sales leader with entrepreneurial flair and cross-team influence
  • Open to travel as required

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of publicly available information, AI, and machine learning technologies
  • Enterprise software and/or SaaS experience
