What you will do

• Manage all daily operational activities and sales performance of the banking center.
• Develop and execute business plans to drive new outside business and customer relationships.

• Oversee personnel administration, including hiring, performance reviews, and training.
• Ensure compliance with operational audit procedures to protect bank assets.
• Collaborate with regional management to formulate budgets and implement new products.

Requirements

• Must be based in Longview, TX
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of banking experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
