What you will do

  • Support contract management, including issuing documents for signature and capturing key terms.
  • Coordinate end-to-end RFP and RFI processes across cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in developing pricing proposals and coordinating non-standard deal approvals.
  • Develop and maintain Sales process enablement materials and the Customer Journey Playbook.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to support GTM enablement content.
  • Maintain accurate deal and contract data in Salesforce and manage customer subscriptions.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Revenue Enablement, or Deal Desk.
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up SaaS environment with evolving processes.
  • Proven track record of supporting RFP/RFI processes and coordinating cross-functional inputs.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM systems.
  • Ability to work with revenue data (pipeline, bookings, contracts) to maintain high data quality.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SaaS pricing models and commercial terms.
  • Exposure to CPQ tools such as Salesforce CPQ or DealHub.
  • Experience with GTM initiatives or tools like Salesloft.
  • Previous experience in the FinTech or Payments industry.
