What you will do
- Translate regional GTM strategies into clear operating cadences and execution frameworks across UK, Benelux, and Nordics markets.
- Lead strategic cadences, including pipeline councils and leadership meetings, to ensure clarity and follow-through.
- Design decision-oriented workflows and automated dashboards to replace manual updates with a single source of truth.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, and customer success teams for scalable outcomes.
- Act as a strategic thought partner for the EMEA GTM organization to optimize sequencing and leverage.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and AI-enabled workflows.
Requirements
- Background in strategic consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Simon-Kucher) or in-house Strategy/RevOps at a SaaS scale-up.
- Proven ability to architect operating cadences, dashboards, and automated processes.
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in CRM systems, BI tools, and spreadsheets.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams in international, fast-moving environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
