Focus on translating technical AI capabilities into compelling narratives and leading a team of product marketing experts to accelerate growth in MSP and MDU markets.

Location: Remote (USA or Canada)

Salary: $170,100 – $347,300 Annual

What you will do

  • Lead strategic solution positioning and messaging-aligned marketing content for the Agent Workforce Cloud.
  • Manage and align a team of product marketing subject matter experts within a matrix organization.
  • Drive growth in MSP/MDU markets and with large service providers across North America and global growth markets.
  • Own new product introduction (NPI) and release marketing, establishing communication and enablement efforts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product teams to integrate market feedback into the product lifecycle.
  • Develop high-impact marketing collateral, including white papers, blogs, and executive presentations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant solution or product marketing experience.
  • Strong expertise in cloud-native SaaS offers and product marketing strategies.
  • Experience with AI architectures applied to operations and service workflow automation.
  • Proven track record in the telecommunications and broadband industry (OSS/BSS, USP).
  • Must be based in the USA or Canada.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Customer Success Software or Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP).
  • Familiarity with Broadband Forum TR-369 User Service Platform (USP).
