What you will do

• Set the product strategy for Family experiences across all hirify.global products.
• Identify user needs and own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from concept through launch and iteration.
• Build experiences that balance usefulness, simplicity, trust, safety, and accessibility.
• Define success metrics and leverage data and research to guide roadmap decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, policy, legal, and operations teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience leading large-scale consumer or platform products.
• Experience building products for parents, families, or trust-sensitive domains.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to simplify complex problems.
• Proven experience working with technical teams to ship high-quality products.
• Analytical, user-focused approach and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
