Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Create bold, on-brand motion graphics for product launches and evergreen content.
• Animate typography, illustrations, packaging elements, and brand visual systems.
• Edit short- and mid-form video content for social media, paid media, and brand campaigns.
• Own the pacing, rhythm, and storytelling of video content from rough cut through final delivery.
• Partner with designers, art directors, and social teams to maintain and evolve the brand's motion language.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to fast-paced timelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both motion design and edited video work.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong design fundamentals in typography, composition, and timing.
• Experience working in a high-output, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with CPG or lifestyle brands.
• Familiarity with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Social-first editing experience for platforms like TikTok and Reels.
• Ability to flex between polished brand work and scrappier content.
