🎬 Motion Designer (Gambling / Betting) We are looking for a Motion Designer who can create dynamic, high-converting video creatives for the gambling / betting vertical.

🔥 Responsibilities

Creating video creatives for gambling / betting (casino, slots, sportsbook)
Working with AI-generated video tools (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Kling, Sora, and equivalents)
Animating interfaces (mobile apps, bank notifications, gameplay, wins, and fund withdrawals)
Creating win-effects (cash flow, glow, flashes, balance growth, payout effects)
Handling revisions and rapid iterations from the team
✅ Requirements

1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer (preferably in gambling / betting / nutra / crypto)
Strong proficiency in:
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Photoshop
Ability to execute dynamic editing and create strong hook scenes
Understanding of the logic behind gambling creatives (bonuses, RTP, withdrawals, deposit offers, cashback, free spins)
Experience with AI tools for video and image generation
➕ Nice to Have

Skills in creating deepfakes (voice cloning, lip-sync creation)
Experience working in affiliate marketing / media buying teams
Understanding of Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads
Understanding the psychology of attention retention in advertising
