Salary: $90,000 – $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and own visual direction for video and motion content across livestreams, social media, and digital channels
• Develop motion systems including intros, outros, stingers, lower-thirds, and branded assets
• Lead video editing and execution for livestream recaps, social clips, ads, and promotions
• Direct and mentor a Senior Graphic Designer while maintaining design consistency
• Collaborate with producers and teams to translate objectives into visual narratives
• Manage workflows from concept to delivery, overseeing multiple projects with rapid turnarounds

Requirements

• 5+ years in motion design, video editing, or art direction
• Strong portfolio in video storytelling, motion graphics, and multi-platform content
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
• Experience building visual systems for digital content
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and engagement in short- and long-form video
• Proven high-quality production under fast-paced deadlines
• Experience managing or supervising at least one designer
• Strong communication to align stakeholders on creative vision
