What you will do

• Design high-performing static assets and landing pages optimized for conversion and performance metrics.
• Produce motion graphics and short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Edit and adapt video content into multiple formats and aspect ratios aligned with platform requirements.
• Collaborate with media and content teams to align creative output with campaign goals and audience insights.
• Support A/B testing by designing creative variations for experimentation.
• Iterate assets based on data insights, heatmaps, and user behavior.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within performance marketing or CRO environments.
• At least 1 year of experience in motion design or motion graphics production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro for video editing and motion design.
• Understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven design.
• Must be based in Canada.
