Salary: $105,000 to $117,000

What you will do

• Own visual design and motion graphics for digital media content including webcasts, podcasts, social media, videos, and events
• Evolve the creative look and feel of Fidelity media products
• Deliver advanced motion graphics, animation, compositing, and visual effects
• Collaborate with production, content partners, producers, and editors

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada required
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools
• Strong typography, layout, colour theory, visual hierarchy, animation principles, motion tracking, compositing, visual effects
• Knowledge of video workflows, codecs, frame rates, delivery formats, design for web/social/livestreams
• Minimum 5 years experience; college degree or equivalent; education/training in graphic design, motion graphics, or animation
• Strong portfolio/demo reel; professional motion graphics/digital design experience

Nice to have

• Specialized training in 3D animation, visual effects, advanced motion design
• Experience with webcasts, livestreams, broadcast content
• Familiarity with social media video formats and platform considerations
• Creating design systems or reusable graphics templates
