What you will do

• Design and operate networking systems supporting massive AI training and inference clusters.
• Optimize performance across technologies including RDMA, RoCE, InfiniBand, Ethernet, and GPU interconnects.
• Develop automation for provisioning, configuration management, and lifecycle management of network infrastructure.
• Build observability systems and tooling for network health, performance analysis, and automated remediation.
• Partner with compute, storage, and hardware teams to ensure network scalability with fleet growth.
• Diagnose complex distributed systems issues across large heterogeneous compute environments.

Requirements

• Experience building or operating large-scale networking or distributed systems infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Linux networking, kernel systems, NICs, or performance-sensitive infrastructure software.
• Hands-on experience with InfiniBand, RoCE, DPDK, or large-scale Ethernet fabrics.
• Ability to write production software in C++, Python, or Go.
• Strong fundamentals in operating systems, networking, and distributed systems.
• Must be based in San Francisco, USA.
