Location: Must be willing to work up to five days per week in Riverton, UT or Bluffdale, UT

What you will do

• Drive 6+ month strategic planning for data center space, power, and cooling infrastructure.
• Oversee the architecture and implementation of 200G/400G+ high-speed networking using NVIDIA and Mellanox hardware.
• Administer VMware (ESXi) and Proxmox virtualization environments, including virtual switching and host management.
• Maintain and expand infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Ansible and Terraform.
• Manage the full physical hardware lifecycle of Dell servers, including deployment and firmware updates.
• Design and implement best-practice rack layouts for high-power density environments (35KW+/rack).

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of high-speed fabrics (200G/400G+) and L3 routing (BGP, ECMP).
• Proficiency in VMware (ESXi), Proxmox, and advanced Linux administration (Debian, CentOS, or RHEL).
• Mastery of Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Bash for automation and monitoring tools.
• Willingness to work up to five days per week on-site in Riverton or Bluffdale, UT.
• Ability to perform physical activities, including lifting loads up to 50lbs.
