• Set year-long technical strategies and align them with business-impacting projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in backend systems using Python or Kotlin.
• Proven track record with distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, Spark, and Kubernetes.
• Experience managing scaling for massive sales events such as Black Friday or Prime Day.
• Expertise in tuning autoscaling, CPU/Memory, and multi-threading.
• Ability to define execution plans for major feature delivery or system deprecation.
• Must be based in the USA.
