Military Security Subject Matter Expert (Defense Security): Establishing institutional structures, doctrine, and operational practices for U.S. international Partner Nations to manage sensitive technology and classified information with an accent on alignment with U.S. and NATO standards. Focus on facilitating organizational design, policy analysis, and security workforce training for information, industrial, personnel, and physical security.

Location: Remote (USA). Secret clearance is required. Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 50% of the time.

Salary: $86,800 – $198,000

• Advise international Partner Nations on the secure management of U.S. origin-sensitive technology and classified information.
• Establish institutional structures, doctrine, and operational practices aligned with U.S. and NATO standards.
• Perform policy analysis and facilitate organizational design for security programs.
• Deliver workforce training through workshops, formal education, and individualized mentoring.
• Manage and oversee information, industrial, personnel, and physical security functions.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience leading and managing U.S. Department of Defense Security Programs.
• Must possess an active Secret clearance.
• Master’s degree.
• Proven experience within the U.S. Defense Technology Security Administration.
• Experience working with the CDSE and the U.S. Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
• Certifications: Security Fundamentals Professional, Security Asset Protection Professional, and Security Program Integration Professional.
