Focus on advising stakeholders on best practices, developing security roadmaps aligned with business goals, and driving cross-sell opportunities across hirify.global's portfolio.

Location: Denver, CO; Las Vegas, NV; or San Francisco, CA/Bay Area (ability to travel within region ~25%; work in-person and remotely)

Salary: $170,000 – $230,000+ annually (base + uncapped bonus)

What you will do

• Drive services and technologies business to meet quarterly/annual quotas using standardized sales processes.
• Understand client security environments, identify needs, and correlate to hirify.global solutions.
• Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities, qualify leads, and manage proposals to closure.
• Articulate how hirify.global portfolio meets client needs at leadership level.
• Facilitate thought leadership on industry trends and security landscape.
• Collaborate with domain experts and service delivery for consistent security strategy and roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent + 4-7 years in information security (practitioner, advisor, architect, or leader)
• 2+ years in cybersecurity, SOC, SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, threat intelligence, or incident response
• Experience with SIEM products (Crowdstrike NGSIEM, Splunk, Exabeam, etc.) and security operations concepts
• Strong presentation, communication, and technical acumen for client discussions
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CRISC, CISM, etc.)
• Self-starter able to work in adaptable team environment
