What you will do

• Oversee physical security infrastructure including video surveillance, access control, visitor management, intrusion detection, and intercoms supporting Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
• Develop and maintain system documentation, architectural diagrams, disaster recovery plans, and troubleshooting playbooks for 24/7 resiliency.
• Serve as technical lead for system uplifts, escalations, advanced support, configuration, and hardening aligned with standards.
• Lead root cause analysis for outages, implement preventive actions, manage hardware lifecycle, licensing, budgets, and change processes.
• Monitor system health, perform integrity checks on hardware, servers, and peripherals.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Physical Security Engineering, Network Engineering, or related infrastructure role
• Advanced expertise in Genetec Security Center (Directory, Archiver, Synergis, failover, API/SDK)
• Strong Windows Server knowledge (deployment, maintenance, hardening), networking (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs), SQL databases
• Experience integrating third-party systems, deploying field solutions with vendors
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related; strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Google Workspace; ability to work independently

Nice to have

• Certifications: GSEC, Security+, Network+, CCNA, CISSP, Genetec/Axis/Hanwha/Bosch
• Experience in Physical Security Operations Center (SOC) or IT projects
• Background in data centers, law enforcement, military, or corporate security
