What you will do
- Serve as trusted advisor to product and engineering teams on secure architecture, threat modeling, and design reviews for SaaS applications.
- Review architectures, identify risks, and recommend enhancements aligned with zero-trust and Product Security Framework.
- Guide secure implementation of cloud services, IAM, encryption, access controls, and large-scale integrations like SSO and data exchange.
- Lead creation of secure reference patterns, contribute to standards, and mentor on architectural thinking.
- Partner on DevSecOps practices, CI/CD guardrails, and metrics for security posture.
Requirements
- Meaningful experience in security architecture, application security, or cloud security with ownership of decisions.
- Strong knowledge of risks in multi-tenant SaaS (APIs, microservices, identity, data protection).
- Experience leading threat modeling, architecture reviews, and providing actionable guidance.
- Cloud security depth (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP acceptable).
- Experience securing third-party and customer integrations at scale.
- Pragmatic, risk-based approach; strong collaboration and communication skills.
- AI-native behavior: actively use AI and understand its risks/guardrails.
