What you will do

• Lead high-complexity ERP software implementations from discovery through deployment.
• Design holistic solutions that align with customer business objectives, including third-party integrations.
• Provide functional and technical expertise during the pre-sales process to identify solution opportunities.
• Manage complex escalations and coordinate internal resources to protect customer relationships.
• Draft custom reports and tailor product configurations to meet specific customer needs.
• Mentor implementation team members and share best practices for successful delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in multi-phase ERP implementations within complex enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of consulting experience with a proven track record of meeting realization and utilization targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Expertise in ERP, CRM, and PSA SaaS products and implementation methodologies.
• Ability to travel as needed to support customer engagements and team collaboration.
• Must be based in the United States.
