What you will do

• Line manage a team of FSP contract and budget associates, providing oversight and support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for FSP clients and internal stakeholders regarding contracting matters.
• Support FSP business development initiatives, including resource allocation, forecasting, and planning.
• Lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendments.
• Report and manage productivity metrics for the FSP site contracting function.
• Develop and implement policies to improve the timeliness of contract execution.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree, ideally in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in Site Contracts within Clinical Research Organizations (CRO) and FSP models.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Must be based in Poland.
