What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts, schedules, and variations to meet business and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure client needs are accurately reflected in contracts.
• Provide expert guidance on commercial and contractual matters to Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
• Manage the lifecycle of NDAs and Data Processing Agreements, coordinating with Legal for escalations.
• Support interim commercial cover, including Letters of Intent and work-at-risk requests.
• Develop and maintain contract templates while promoting process automation and compliance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid work model)
• 3+ years of experience in a commercial or contract management role.
• Legal degree qualification or substantial experience in a professional commercial environment.
• Experience drafting contracts for software licensing, development, and data provision.
• Knowledge of software delivery and managed IT services.
• Ability to negotiate and explain complex commercial and contractual terms.
