What you will do

• Liaise with Business Development and Account Management teams across London, US, and Latin America to define campaign objectives, strategies, and KPIs.
• Implement campaign set-ups in DSP environments and continuously monitor performance for optimal results.
• Make data-driven adjustments to campaigns and create detailed reports highlighting performance and strategic optimizations.
• Collaborate with traders and ad ops engineers to leverage unique products for larger budgets.

Requirements

• 3-6 years hands-on experience in digital campaign optimization within a DSP environment, preferably in a digital advertising agency or large advertiser
• Proven track record in high levels of customer service
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Highly analytical and numerate with rigorous attention to detail
• Thorough problem-solving approach and strong organizational/time-management skills

Nice to have

• Experience with DSP platforms, email, and direct marketing
• Certification in Google, Moloco, and other DSP platforms
• Experience working with multi-location teams and ad serving platforms
