What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Traders across the LATAM region.
• Oversee campaign setup, QA, launch, and optimization across multiple DSPs.
• Monitor portfolio profitability, adjusting delivery and performance to meet margin goals and KPIs.
• Support RFPs, scoping, and client proposals with tactical recommendations and investment levels.
• Partner with internal sales and account management teams to analyze results and growth opportunities.
• Drive governance, documentation, and process consistency across the region.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in programmatic trading, ad operations, or performance marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or coordinating teams of Traders.
• Hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• English: Intermediate to advanced proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Bogota, Colombia.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Portuguese.
• Experience working across multiple LATAM markets.
• Previous experience in adtech, media agencies, or publishers.
