What you will do

• Analyze demand forecasts and historical trends to identify risks such as shortages, excess inventory, and seasonality.
• Develop and maintain production schedules while aligning manufacturing capacity with demand requirements.
• Plan and release purchase orders for raw materials and manage supplier schedules and lead times.
• Partner with manufacturing, logistics, and finance to support S&OP / SIOP processes.
• Track key KPIs, including service levels, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of supply chain, planning, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, and data analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hoffman Estates, IL.

Nice to have

• Experience with Netsuite.
• APICS/ASCM certification (CSCP, CPIM).
• Background working in a manufacturing environment.
