What you will do

• Lead global supply chain strategy across U.S. and France, establishing KPIs for cost, service, and efficiency.
• Build and lead high-performing global planning team, owning SIOP process across Commercial, Operations, and Finance.
• Develop demand forecasting strategies, translate into supply and production plans, optimize allocation across sites.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
• Lead executive reviews, develop dashboards and reporting tools, drive system and process improvements.
• Identify and mitigate risks through scenario planning, safety stock, supplier diversification, and predictive analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years supply chain experience, including global leadership and SIOP/multi-site operations
• Background in medical devices, life sciences, or regulated industries (FDA, ISO 13485, EU MDR)
• Expertise in forecasting, planning systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and analytics.
• Proven leadership, communication, stakeholder management; process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, APICS preferred).
• Ability to operate in global, matrixed environment; physical ability to sit/stand long periods, lift 25 pounds.
