What you will do
- Develop 12–18 month rolling supply plans using tools such as SAP APO-SNP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder.
- Perform Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and analyze plant capabilities to align with demand.
- Maintain and update MRP parameters and master data, including BOMs, MOQ, lead times, and safety stock.
- Monitor inventory levels for finished goods, raw materials, and WIP to support service levels and working capital goals.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing, and commercial teams through the SIOP process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as SKU rationalization and portfolio optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in supply or inventory planning, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with SAP (ECC, MD04) and planning tools like APO-SNP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Exposure to RCCP, capacity planning, or SIOP/S&OP processes.
- Understanding of inventory KPIs such as OTIF, Schedule Attainment, and Supply Accuracy.
- Experience working with master data, BOMs, and MRP systems.
- CPIM certification or interest in pursuing it.
