What you will do

• Develop 12–18 month rolling supply plans using tools such as SAP APO-SNP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder.
• Perform Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and analyze plant capabilities to align with demand.
• Maintain and update MRP parameters and master data, including BOMs, MOQ, lead times, and safety stock.
• Monitor inventory levels for finished goods, raw materials, and WIP to support service levels and working capital goals.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing, and commercial teams through the SIOP process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as SKU rationalization and portfolio optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in supply or inventory planning, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP (ECC, MD04) and planning tools like APO-SNP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Exposure to RCCP, capacity planning, or SIOP/S&OP processes.
• Understanding of inventory KPIs such as OTIF, Schedule Attainment, and Supply Accuracy.
• Experience working with master data, BOMs, and MRP systems.
• CPIM certification or interest in pursuing it.
