What you will do

• Confirm temperature charts and data logs to ensure accurate information for existing inventory.
• Maintain Release Pass/Hold/Fail tags and track the physical location of inventory in quarantine or on hold.
• Perform inventory and cycle counts on quality control testing materials and prepare documentation.
• Inspect and receive incoming raw materials to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer requirements.
• Review batch records for quality control testing materials and prepare corresponding documentation.
• Maintain all records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and retention procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow laboratory safety instructions and use protective equipment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Rockville, MD.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally work at heights up to six feet.
