TL;DR

Corporate Legal Program Manager (Legal Operations): Managing and guiding key processes across Corporate and Employment legal functions with an accent on process design and execution. Focus on implementing automated systems, creating knowledge management materials, and coordinating cross-functional legal initiatives.

Location: Remote (Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship)

Salary: $118,000 – $196,000

What you will do

  • Provide program and administrative support to the Corporate legal team, including board meetings, minutes, and policy drafting.
  • Support the Employment legal team with research, investigation programs, training, and pre-litigation support.
  • Assist Procurement and Facilities teams through project management and the utilization of AI for efficiency.
  • Implement, administer, and maintain legal processes and automated systems.
  • Develop knowledge management materials, including playbooks, FAQs, checklists, and templates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a technology company.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

  • Experience specifically within the cybersecurity industry.
