Salary: $80,000 – $126,500 USD

What you will do
- Lead project planning, scoping, and the development of audit programs and test steps.
- Execute fieldwork by performing control and substantive testing and maintaining professional workpapers.
- Utilize data analytics scripts and queries to refine tests and broaden audit coverage.
- Analyze root causes of issues and draft clear findings and practical recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support SOX Section 404 and ICFR activities, coordinating directly with external auditors.
- Mentor staff auditors by reviewing work and providing on-the-job quality checks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, IT, data science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of combined internal/external audit experience.
- CIA, CISA, or CPA certification required.
- Working knowledge of IIA Global Internal Audit Standards (2024) and COSO framework.
- Experience with SOX/ICFR testing in a public-company environment.
- Proficiency with audit management software and data tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau).
Nice to have
- Prior internal audit experience in a public company setting.
- Experience with major ERPs like SAP or Oracle.
- Ability to build reusable analytics and use AI/automation tools.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese or Spanish.
