TL;DR
Partner Program Manager (SaaS): Designing and operating a value-based partner ecosystem to scale reach through GSIs, Channel partners, and VARs with an accent on program design and incentive management. Focus on transitioning to a value-added system, automating PRM operations, and driving technical enablement.
Location: Austin, Texas (On-site). Visa sponsorship is not supported for candidates in the US.

What you will do
- Architect and maintain a tiered partner program transitioning from volume-based metrics to a value-added system rewarding technical mastery and certifications.
- Develop technical and sales onboarding paths and certification tracks in collaboration with Engineering and Services teams.
- Design and manage referral fees, co-marketing funds (MDF), and performance-based rebates.
- Own and automate the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform to streamline deal registration and tier advancement.
- Create "Partner-in-a-Box" kits with Product Marketing to ensure partners can effectively communicate the technical value proposition.
- Define and track KPIs such as Partner-Sourced Revenue, Partner-Influenced ACV, and the technical health of the partner base.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Channel/Partner Program Management within a SaaS vendor.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and PRM tools such as Impartner, Channel Mechanics, or Allbound.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and navigate a complex internal ecosystem.
- Experience building or managing value-based loyalty and incentive systems.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

- Experience within the Developer Tools space, specifically in Cloud, DevOps, Security, or Data.
